Solo Ride to Lake Kenyir - Felda Aring - Kuala Kerai

Hi Guys, just came back from and exhausting 380km plus ride from Besut to Lake Kenyir - Felda Aring - Kuala Kerai and back to Besut.

Will post the pix tonite....

and some stories too

the journey begin here...at my school

Ok lake kenyir@Pengkalan gawi

Ok a bit of a story..after exiting from kenyir-Aring area, i stop for lunch at simpang to dabong....don't know the real name of that place. Sto[ there for maybe 20 mins ...have nasi goreng n tea o ais...
then carry on straight to Kuala Kerai...no problem so far..

Stop for petrol at Shell Kuala Kerai....paid, fill in and ...then my frenz called....turn off the phone coz i am busy filling the ninja ....

turn on the engine and move her out of filling bay....park her near the entrance of mesra shop...went to toilet

after toilet time...turn on the key, turn on the kill switch...and then press the starter switch...and the nothing........no nada..zilch zero..no reaction at all from the green monster...

turn it on and off a few times.....still nothing...

ask the boys to give me a push start...
still nothing...

start to panic now...sweating like crazy...

park it under some shade and start to recite prayers.....profusely...

even doa makan i guess!!!

called chef and danielleo

they both suggested to check for bad connection or blown fuse...

took the tool kit and start to strip my ninja naked...

me, i am not the most mechanically inclined person on earth,,,can't even weild a screwdriver correctly....

try my best not to spoilt any of the screwheads..thank god they're phillips type...
after sweating summore and a few passerby stopping for a quick chat with this biker in trouble....

find the culprit...a blown fuse.....

put in a spare fuse..turn the ignition switch, on the kill switch...and automatically the 2nd switch was fried...ok fiddle some more....find the loose connection to battery +ve terminal...


put another, 2nd spare switch...ok Thank god, the display light up...on kill switch....crank her up...nothing...

one of the passerby volunteered to give me a push start....2nd gear, givvit some gas and release the clutch...ok it work..

quickly suit up, pack the tools and race home a s quicly as possible and at every traffic lighhts, prayed real hard , hope it won't stall..

make it home around 6pm...

turn off the engine and try to start it back... no go...

maybe the batt wasn't fully charged up yet..

will bring it to batt shop tomorow to charge it and pray for the best...

monday will bring the bike to Kota Bharu for 2nd service...5000km...

too bad cannot take a dip la..those toman is very fierce one...

Becareful....some stretch seems needing some TLC...
hope JKR will fix all those broken stretches soon...

Lake Kenyir again...

Good pics.. how's the bike now? Quite new right? Don't tell me so fast got wiring problem.

I suspect the assemblers didn't tightened the connection to +ve terminal correctly, so it became loose and that's the root of d problem .....

Still yet to take the bike to dealer...maybe next week

Just pray for the best...
